We had to complement the RPZ capability with radical transparency, with publishing as open data, where the request came from, with the appeal process. If you connect to the blocked website, you can see this email that you can begin an appeal process on. And at the end of the day, if you switch to the Google DNS or a Cloudflare DNS, you just bypass them. So it’s not like a great firewall kind of thing.
