I think one of the main problems was that to bootstrap a polis conversation or whatever other large deliberation method currently requires too much cost. And so only large organizations get to bootstrap it. And then the civil society groups only gets to enjoy limited freedom of possibility of distribution selection within the pre-carved space. But if we flip this around, if we make sure that the bootstrapping costs almost less than the institutionalized vision, like starting a new random coin is easier than the central bank doing a new currency. And in which case this part will have more agency. And we in the government only have to focus on accountability. Whereas currently we have to focus on both, which is not fair.
