It’s called “international civic tech and data democratization.” That refers broadly like the EU data governance and market acts, toward nowadays we call it plurality, but we have this idea of community-bound tokens – Ethereum and other participating distributed ledgers – where it can shape proof of participation, of affiliation, and things like that in a way to build a decentralized identity and authorization scheme.
