Excellent advice. With regarding clear norms, I know that in Taiwan you’ve been doing numerous hackathons, in fact something that spearheaded our search. You’ve done this to promote civic engagement and foster Taiwan’s cybersecurity also. From that, have you been able to build out a framework of norms or templates of norms that these small organizations can use? Is there some resource available?
