在「Through innovative thinking and digital technology we cancross boundaries and demonstrate the resilience of Taiwanese.」這個部分是長官建議的版本，也是分開翻，這也是沒有錯，但是因為在外國人，他們看起來「we can cross boundaries」，他會期待「for⋯」，如果沒有看到這個為了什麼，我們要去跨越界限，所以翻法是「through innovative thinking and digital technology」，這兩件事都是為了展現臺灣人的韌性，也就是以這樣的思考，不是創新思維、跨越界限，用數位科技的方法來做，並不是分開的，而是整個扣合在一起的。
