What we’re looking at now, is that if you’re paying the platform to reach a specific audience that has been determined beforehand through a mixture of social engineering and analytics, so that you can precisely target their cognitive biases with these hyper-targeted messages, that wouldn’t make much sense if the public gets a chance to scrutinize because of precision targeting, only the people who would fall into this narrative would receive these messages.
