After 30 days you’re allowed to show your drafts. Everybody in the working group is also allowed to show their drafts, so we can have a competing version of the drafts. If the ministries show their draft first, before we have 30 days to get everybody understanding this topic, then they have an unbalanced power in setting the agenda.
