That’s absolutely right. We pay people and provide a very healthy work environment that everyone who works at Signal believes in. They wake up in the morning and they feel good about what they do and what they build, which is not always the case in a job. And they learn from each other. It’s very nice. I feel lucky to work with the people on my team and who work at Signal, and also to benefit from the legacy of everyone who’s been at Signal and who contributed part of their life to the project.
