Thank you. Actually, that is exactly our next question – how to design the governance structure to achieve these goals. First, I would like to ask about the democratic system which is the foundation of the entire governance model. I heard in Taiwan that there is a system whereby the government always takes actions on matters for which more than 5,000 signatures from citizens have been collected. This kind of direct participatory democracy could be the ideal form of democracy. However, it has also been said that direct participatory democracy sometimes has problems with the quality of the debate or the stability of public services. How can digital technology be used to overcome these challenges of direct participatory democracy and realize a high quality of democracy?
