It’s kind of pretty close to the Greek jury system except they didn’t really use it to create legislation. They used it to, in effect, approve legislation. Anyone who proposed legislation that someone else thought...Sue them. Any citizen could sue a legislator -- sorry, I have to say this -- for even proposing legislation, which the citizen deemed to be unconstitutional. Did you know that?
