As a Cloud user, do you think that Cloud is trustworthy?

What is your point of view about cross-border data protection? For example, the popular private sectors are moving to the Cloud environment where people are concerned about liability etc.

Another issue that I got is a summon from our president Tsai where she urged the NICS to increase the general public’s security awareness. What is your suggestion? And maybe we can cooperate with each other to educate the general public?

You can learn a lot from your work experience. Not just economic but other social reasons.

Besides the economic reason, I think there is another reason. For example, your branding at Signal or you can work with a group of smart people.

Yes, the next question that the whole world is concerned about well experienced talent. How does Signal deal with this problem to get more experienced people to join your team?

Smart people will select the smart communication channel.

Minister Tang just mentioned that although certain other messaging systems are popular in Taiwan, Signal is more popular at the top level. You know, people will select Signal as their primary, priority-one to deliver secure messages. So, people trust Signal because they trust that Signal can provide security, privacy, etc. ...

It is a big issue. Trustworthiness, security, privacy, accountability, and privacy protection.

… Not just only the security and privacy, but also the correctness, accuracy, and explainable… and who gets the say, the accountability.
